After all this time thinking about a blog, I actually made one!
Since yesterday, I'm learning to crochet, so I finally have something to blog about. Not that my life is not interesting enough, but the crochet thing made it happen.
Today, I did some christmas shopping in Antwerp, but I couldn't resist buying something for myself.
I found my first baking book : "Stap voor stap bakken". It's a beautiful book, lots of illustrations and it has tons of recipes for me to try out. I also discovered these cute cookie forms, five little hearts and one has the shape of a cat. Can't wait to make some cookies!
My first crochet project is an iphone case, I've been working on it for almost four hours today (it's a two hour train ride back and forth to Antwerp) and it was almost finished when I discovered some mistakes so I practically had to start over. But hey, there's a first time for everything.
Als ik breiles geef, leer ik mijn leerlingen steeds dat de grootste vaardigheid van een breister de bereidheid tot uithalen en herbeginnen is... Dat geldt natuurlijk ook voor haaksters ! Veel succes met je project en met je blog. Ik probeerde je eerste volgster te worden, maar er loopt iets mis met de url. Ik probeer morgen nog wel eens opnieuw.
